Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required to process any return request.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@namecollab.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@namecollab.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include custom-made or personalized products, special orders, sale items, and gift cards. Due to the nature of custom jewelry, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order once the return has been approved.

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
